"The Two Mountains" has a chic, minimal style that can work well for several types of celebration. Although it is appropriate for a black-tie wedding, especially in a rustic location, it also works for a more casual outdoor wedding, mountainside or in a valley.
This suite is also designed to be bilingual; although the example features English and Italian, for a destination wedding in Italy with an Italian groom and American bride, any two languages can be used.
The invitation card for "Two Mountains" blind letterpress (blind deboss, printed with no ink) silhouette of a mountainscape at the top of the card. Rising up from the bottom is a sky-blue letterpress printed gradient. Spanning the length of the card is the text, printed in two colors, two fonts, and two languages -- a traditional block serif and a modern calligraphy / hand-lettered font, in black and blue, English and Italian. The various details cards, which are also all in both English and Italian to accommodate native speakers of both languages, also feature iconographic illustrations that signal the information below, such as a knife and fork for meal choices and clinking champagne glasses for festivities.
The suite can be ordered with or without RSVP and/or enclosure card. For an extra design touch, envelope liners with a coordinating mountain design can be added as well. Letterpress thank-you cards and coordinating day-of items are available by request.
Guest addressing, assembly, and mailing services are also available by request for an additional fee.
Because this wedding invitation is designed to be bilingual, it can accommodate the same text in two languages. The recommended word count per language is up to 70 words.
